Kids are fast, and mine are rarely still for a photo. Usually I end up frustrating the kids by making them sit still, or worse…make them reproduce what they were doing, so that I can take 30 shots of the same thing, trying to get one that’s just right. Or I end up being the frustrated one when I think I got the shot only to find it’s a giant blur when I go to put it on instagram or my blog. Forget the thought of printing anything from my phone…I did that once and they looked like abstract watercolours.
I’m intrigued by the camera in the new LG G3 phone with its Laser Auto Focus and Touch and Shoot features. The idea of being able to hold up my phone, touch the screen where I want the camera to focus, and have the phone focus and take the photo in an instant, and actually have it turn out, sounds pretty appealing to me.
And having crisp video with the Quad HD Display would be awesome for these tired eyes of mine that aren’t getting any younger.
